Pathwork Studies The Pathwork is a contemporary spiritual discipline that helps us to transform our "lower selves," the part of us that says no to life, the part of us that wants to be a victim and keeps ourselves separate from others, the part of us that only wants to "get it" from others and not give to life. It is a path of self-responsibility and self-purification. It is a journey to find the God Self, the "higher self." It is not an easy path to walk as we take off our masks, but it is one in which you will come to know your true self, your whole self, your being self.
